Halo 3: ODST Campaign Scoring

Ive been using Bungie.net to keep track of my ODST stats. I noticed you can score points for the campaign and not just in fire fight. Could someone explain to me how this works as mine says zero. And i know i dont suck that badly.

When you're in the campaign lobby, you have the option of enabling campaign scoring. It's disabled by default, hence your 0 score.

Ah well that makes life alot less complicated. So if i change the setting there and resume my current campaign it will be on?

If you switch it on mid campaign all your progress is lost so ill go it when i play through on legendary. I notice that theater works with the campaign also. I did not know it worked that way.
