iGame End Game Tournament Rules

Match Format:
A match consists of:
-A Knife Round
-Two rounds of Squad rush on a designated map
Once all players taking part in a match are on server, each team captain will nominate ONE player from each team to enter the knife round. One player from each team will meet in the middle of the map without the rest of his/her team. The victor of this knife match will select the side of the first round for his/her team. The knife round acts as a coin toss. After the side has been decided a team captain will restart the round and the first of the two round will be played. Once the first round is done the second round will commence. After the second round is done the game will be finished and team captains will have to submit their screenshots.

Matches must be started at the stipulated time. There will be no waiting for players to join for any period of time. That is why all players should be on server 10 minutes before a match. If all of your players are not on server at the stipulated time you will play AS IS.

THE TEAM WINNING BOTH ROUNDS IS THE WINNER OF THE MAP/MATCH AND WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT ROUND.

Submitting Results:
Each team captain MUST take a screenshot at the end of every round and at the end of the game clearly showing a winner incase of a dispute. ONLY THE WINNING TEAM CAPTAIN NEEDS TO SUBMIT HIS SCREENSHOTS. These screenshots must be submitted via e-mail to [email protected] DIRECTLY after the game. Winning team screenshots are of higher importance. Disputes can be raised with Spartan after each round. Failure to submit screenshots before the next round starts will see your team forfeited even if your team won their match.

Procon Access:
Team captains will be provided with procon access to the tournament servers. This access is granted to Team Captains only. It is only to be used for map switching, map loading, game starting. Any other commands used will see your team disqualified and banned from ALL future tournaments. Contact iGame.Spartan via Xfire:igamespartan or e-mail to receive the password for the servers prior to the start of the tournament.

Tournament Rules:

-Screenshots will be provided AS IS, no cropped or edited images will be accepted.
-In the event that screenshots can not be provided for a specific match the team responsible will forfeit.
-Players are requested to be on server and ready for the match 10 Minutes before the match starts.
-In the event that a player disconnects or struggles with his connection during a match, the team reserve may join in his place and finish the match.
-During a match there may only be 4 Players from each team on server. If a team is caught with more players on server (this includes the reserve or leaving player) they will forfeit their match.

The first post will be updated after each round/start of tournament with team vs team/matches and what server is assigned to that match including a password for that server. Please check this thread to see what team you are playing against, what time the game is and what server the game is on. All the info you need will be in this thread.

Draw:
In the event of a draw on the tournament map (2 round game,1 round each). A 1 round map will be played on the designated map.
The team captain in charge of controlling the server will load Seine Crossing - This map is for the decider only. Each team captain will nominate 1 player for a final knife round. The victor of this knife round will decide what side to play on this deciding 1 round map. The team captain will restart the round, at the end of the first round the winner of the match will be decided.(1 round only, no side switching, no half time)
Please submit a screenshot, together with the first map screenshot, of the deciding map clearly showing the winner in the event of a draw.

Wild Card:
In the event that an unequal amount of teams are left/going through the next round a Wild Card draw will be done by the admins. All teams will be designated a secret number, a random draw will be done with the numbers of the losing teams from the previous rounds. The draw winner/team (matching the team number drawn) will be notified and be allowed a second chance to compete in the next round. Please note this is only in the event that the teams in a round are not an equal number.
