Get a HD7850 or a GTX 660 atleast, your GTX 560 is a good card if you plan to keep it below 1080p resolutions.

Also recommend Std. DDR3-1600 it's R600 for 1 8GB stick of Corsair Value Select, as opposed to your choice of ~R900 a stick.

Unless you plan to OC (which you are) I think that H100i is overkill get something like a Coolermaster Hyper T4 CPU Cooler can get very good air coolers before you go with liquid cooling.

Although this is all just my constructive criticism take it or leave it.
I think if he is overclocking he should keep the 800watt although yes i agree it is a lot but currently i am having issues with psu cause i bought the "right" size.

Rather future proof your rig

And the close loop wc is the way forward if u arent keen to import custom watercooling.

You just wont get the same results on air.

Also make sure you do your research in terms of overclocking so as not to damage your components
