I understand that. But to be deadly honest 4.5GHz on air 24/7 seems veeery unlikely.
When i had air cooling i had 70degrees at 4GHz and i seriously dont recommend going much over 70degrees... he doesnt even need to overclock at all to be honest.

That cpu wont bottleneck that gpu.

Unless he is doing it for fun.


And yeah i have gamed on a 2100 Before.
