R49 million spent on Nkandla consultants
More than R49 million was spent on consultants involved in building projects at President Jacob Zuma's Nkandla homestead, Democratic Alliance MP Anchen Dreyer said on Tuesday.
While the generally-accepted norm for consultants fees in the building industry was "about 18 percent of the total cost of the contract", those paid at Nkandla where "almost double" this figure, she told MPs in the National Assembly.

Dude, last night I saw a news report that said in a single year span, R28 Billion was wasted by the government, as there isn't a record of how it was spent and to what end. I can't remember who did the audit.Originally Posted by markface
