    PC sales slowing, consoles looking up: analyst

    Windows 8 blamed for slowing PC market (among other factors), while the console market is looking positive

    I think the PC sales are declining because of the world financial crisis as well as a significant decline in the speed at which graphic developments have been made. My several year old gaming PC can still run all of the latest games without a bad framerate. Five or ten years ago this wasn't the case. Once the graphic improvements take-off again - possibly with the next-gen consoles coming out - it should result in better PC sales.
    When an anti-piracy method is affecting the game for people who legitimately bought it and causing other people not to buy the game, there is obviously something wrong with it!

    It feels like this article comes out every 2 years. they just change the dates.
