I have used mantle, it def improves performance especially when you have it running with a FX8350 and a R9 290.
My biggest issue with it is, I don't think AMD should have used BF as the launch platform for it, yes it helped them sell a heck of a lot more cards ect but BF4 is just a buggy mess. Personally I won't be running Mantle again before we have a WHQL Mantle driver and I don't see that happening in the near future, possibly only in a month or so from now.
That's true, I also wondered if BF4 was really the best platform to show off Mantle considering the bugs but I guess they kinda had no choice since it's been hyped for ages.
I also saw an improvement but i got stuttering every now and then not permanent but it's annoying so i went back to DX11. But Joker maybe you can give me advice or tell me what the issue might be my card is a R9 270x O.C and my cpu is a i5 2320 quad and i have 8gb of 1600 ram. do i have an issue somewhere or is all that fine?

I'd rather have the NS2000 back
It still is pretty popular, BFBC2 was just done right when it came to Rush. The maps were designed for Rush and adapted for Conquest. They shouldn't have stopped using that method.
Weird, I know 4 people on nVidia incl. myself who've had no issues at all. Think it's something else.
