Is Single-Player Gaming In Danger Of Extinction?

For me a good single player campaign beats Multiplayer any day of the week. I think companies liek Bioware and Bethesda will continue to make quality single player games. I hope though.

+1 only multiplayer games i like are fps type titles where i would prefer that over single player unless it is a half life or a doom title
