ANC stalwart Winnie Madikizela-Mandela's bodyguard told the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court he was not speeding when he was pulled over by two policemen, Beeld reported on Saturday.
"The speed we were travelling at was not a dangerous speed," bodyguard Phillemon Philanathi Buthelezi testified on Friday.
