The contempt of court case against Julius Malema was taken off the roll on Tuesday.

The former ANC Youth League leader was expected to appear in the High Court in Pretoria. Details on why the case was removed from the court roll were not immediately available.

The curators of Malema's estate brought the application against him for allegedly failing to declare his assets.
