    I wonder how integral they really are to the game though. I mean, it seems pretty dastardly to make important stuff available only in the DLC, no?

    Don't know how "important" the content is, but theyre giving away a free download code for the larger one, to "persuade" people to buy the game new, and not secondhand.

    It's not important you can finish the game without any of it.

    The stone prisoner was initially cut from the game but due to the delays the dlc team was able to finish it and add him as dlc.

    Some people might not even use him since they prefer other party members.

    Wardens keep is interesting but isn't integral to the story .
