Oh... So in other words - my Xbox 720 will attempt to fornicate with my TV, and get it right.

What's more, Kinect will play a key role in the next Xbox's TV services. Using the motion sensor and camera, the system will be able to detect multiple users simultaneously and will intelligently control playback based on their movement. For example, if a viewer turns their head away from the TV, the Xbox will supposedly pause the video on-screen — not unlike the Smart Pause found on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S4.
Epic Fail.. How will this work with a family watching a movie.. One look away everything stops?

I think you are thinking of ARC (Audio Return Channel) or CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) which will help, but I think the implementation will rely less on these than we think.

ARC, that's it... but the acronym has just actually made me remember that that is audio only. Thanks!
