Ok so I'm thinking of getting myself a razer Exactmat or Destructor
Destructor
Im thinking the Exactmat will suit my needs just fine. Don't think the extra R100 is justified for the Destructor...?

Got the exactmat. Don't like it at all. Really tears up the teflon feet on your mouse. Given a choice, i'll always go for a cloth pad these days. Maybe look at the Goliathus Speed? Using one atm, and it's a whoooole lot better than my old Steelseries QcK.
*edit*
And if you HAVE to get one of those two pads, rather get the destructor. When i used one a few months ago, I found the tracking on it was better than the exactmat, especially for laser mice.
The difference between pizza and your opinion is that I asked for pizza.
Well then, tbh, I'd just stick with your Goliathus. If it's getting a bit old/worn, rather replace it. One thing i've noticed is that cloth pads need to be replaced every 12-18 months, otherwise the wear becomes a problem.

I agree on this.
Look its a good pad when you get a new mouse for about 2 weeks. But I have had 2 G5 mice, both's "feet" got eaten up by the pad, and that's using either the speed or control side.
When you get your mouse at first all feels so smooth and soft, and the mouse glides over the pad like its sliding on ice, then after a while you start to notice the hickups, and if you check the feet to your mouse you will see the scratches and stuff in them.
hence My order of the ROCCAT Sense Glacier pad, 100% confirmed not to do this
BTW Greenorb, you got PM.
Thanks for the heads up guys. I trust orb's opinion :P
Razer all the way!! I was a bit skeptical at first of the silicone wrist-rest on mouse pads, right up until I got myself one. It feels a bit weird at first, but once you get used to it, it's actually quite nice. Plus, I love the feeling of silicone... ;-)
