Try to find someone close to you or a friend who can give you the WoW client, it's an excellent MMO to start off with, perfect for beginners to pick up and go IMO, after 20 levels you should have a good idea of how questing, dungeons and basic MMO combat works and be able to that understanding over to the majority of MMOs you may want to play. It also has the largest community by far, so it will be easy to find answers to anything you might be wondering online as well as a truckload of tutorial material online to get you going.
