The Tshwane metro will appeal a decision by the High Court in Pretoria interdicting the removal of old street signs, mayor Kgosientso Ramokgopa said on Monday.
"We believe that the judgment borders on the trampling of separation of powers as it has practically interdicted the city administration from implementing a decision of council," he said.
