BBBEE stipulations hurt white children's home

Stipulations of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act have discouraged private enterprise from donating funds to a Pretoria children's home because most of the children are white, it was reported on Tuesday.

"There's nothing we can do about it... it's a sad situation," Jakaranda Children's Home marketing executive Elzane van der Merwe told The Times.

I know but I'm attacking the logic using Home A with a White Child and Home B with a Black child.
The fact that Black children are being held back based on Ratios sucks but the logic here is disgusting. A child that has been abandoned is a very sad story regardless of race, to hold back charity based on race is just really salt to the wound. All orphans deserve the right to a future.
