When an anti-piracy method is affecting the game for people who legitimately bought it and causing other people not to buy the game, there is obviously something wrong with it!
Yeah, definitely. Their entire business strategy was built on an unsustainable model. 60 bucks for unlimited data usage per month is utterly ridiculous. BIS has gone down the crapper and I don't think there's a single person in the world who can say they didn't see it coming. My younger brother got himself the new Bold in January and seeing as he was changing contracts he had a week left before they activated his BIS. He got 5mb/s on speedtests in that week. The moment they activated his BIS it was down to 20-30kb/s from the exact same location.
BIS aside, the quality of BB handsets are pathetic. I don't have a single friend with a BB who doesn't complain about experiencing technical issues. My brother went a full three weeks before his handset started giving issues.
I have never seen the appeal of a tablet. I have my cellphone, and a laptop. What I can't do on a cellphone, the laptop is perfect for. If I got a tablet it would be used as more of a toy than for anything productive.
