Is buying realistic shooters a moral choice?
When you buy a video game feauring licensed guns, you are putting money in the hands of gun manufacturers. Are you okay with that?
No play-play guns, please. Can't we all just get along?
Happy middleground: look real, but called something else (e.g. Counter-Strike 1.6)
Completely fictional guns are cool. The more lasers the better (see also: paintball).
The more realistic my toy guns are the better (see also: airsoft)

Whatever the person does with the axe, either kill or go chop wood, who is responsible for that?
Unless of course you are in South Africa you can blame quite a few things for your actions. I mean even ghosts has been blamed for killing someone...

The whole topic is getting ridiculous to be honest. When I play a game, it's to relax/chill/wipethefloorwithfriends, not to get all emo and moral about.
When gaming money goes into the hands of terrorists or drug cartels, then I may develop a moral compass ..... until then, meh, grow up.
P.S - if I ever had the misfortune of running into the little wank in the video, I would open palm smack his face for irritating the world.

Question
If you are truely anti guns then what are you doing playing with them?
I'm sure people against alcohol aren't playing GTA and going to the virtual bar to get pissed nor are bunny huggers killing Bambi in AC3. Thus why then is it ok for anti gun people to be playing with guns virtually, isn't it kinda hypocritical?

You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be misquoted, then used against you.
When you buy a video game featuring licensed cars, you are putting money in the hands of car manufacturers. Are you okay with that?
Don't see what the difference is? I mean, if guns in a game make you more inclined to shoot people, then certainly cars in a racing game should make you more inclined to become a danger on the road?
This whole thing is just silly.
