The Cape Town High Court this week instructed a sheriff to attach property belonging to the ANC Youth League and its former president Julius Malema over unpaid legal fees, the Sunday Times reported.

This was to recover more than R100,000 in legal fees racked up in a battle with Western Cape Premier Helen Zille.

Malema and former ANCYL members had described Zille's all-male executive as a group of racist "garden boys" who were her boyfriends and concubines.
