The next step would be to make available music and video on demand to the toenail of Africa. Once somebody (other than Multichoice) starts to offer these services, the other companies would follow quick enough. I just wonder what role existing licensing to Multichoice plays in the reluctance of companies to make VOD available to us.

That is pretty wicked. Although from some of the things I have read about Amazon's free apps and how they kind bone over developers I'm not so sure I want to take advantage.
