Bioshock Infinite (PC) is considered a special at R400? Uhm, lol?

I don't think I will consider it until it drops down to R100 exclusive range, didn't really go for the first 2 games.
But is the game any cheaper elsewhere? I don't really pay much attention to it since the game is more considered noise to me.

I won't be buying any games till pay day next week, only game I will get for now is Shades of Darkness till Company of Heroes 2 that is
