Good gameplay( I get annoyed when someone dies all the time) and humour, good mic quality.

Humour (a chuckle for the viewer or maybe a joke here and there is always a good way to keep viewers entertained)

Duration of video (some people like a long video, so that they can sit back, be relaxed and enjoying themselves, whereas others prefer shorter clips), I prefer both, personally.

I like watching the fan made reviews of games, they need to be decent at doing a review, not just repeating themselves in ten different ways.
It also must have gameplay footage. I hate seeing a video for an upcoming game and all it is is a cutscene.
