From what I understand they'll just be re-branding.

For instance the headset in the pic is apparently a rebranded Armaggeddon Avatar Pro X5

What's 5.1? Sorry I only know 7.1 . And yes it makes a HUGE difference. You can literally hear every sound in the game, crystal clear. Playing Metro LL with 7.1 headset (on ranger mode ) scared the shit out of me, honestly.
