There are a number of nice demos on the Nintendo network. I can really recommend Trine 2 (I bought Trine electronically afterwards for 8 pounds or so) and Tanks tanks tanks. Also ZombiU when you have some money
I love the off tv functionality even if I primarily use it for updating my consoles and for checking for new downloadables.
Edit: I'm hoping that the price stays close to the 1K mark so that the scalpers fail to make sales or profits. It happened before when BT dropped their console prices to 3K. Their prices are still 3k, months later.

Put mine on gumtree with the original sale price clearly shown and that I got it purely to resell. It sold in 1 hour.
Least it was avaliable in your town you should follow the forums more often
