    How come I cant edit my profile Pic / Avatar etc? says I dont have permission?!? when im logged in...

    Because you need permission. Hang around a bit longer and you will get it.

    Some say you need a certain amount of posts to be able to edit those items in your CP. But you may just get permission from an admin as well. What do I know? I'm new here too.

    It shouldn't even exist. There are a lot of other threads where this question could be asked, and even where it's already been answered.
