A Cape Town councillor could face disciplinary action for playing a card game on her laptop during the city's budget debate, the Cape Argus reported on Friday.
The social and early childhood development mayoral committee member, Suzette Little, was reportedly seen playing the game as councillors debated the budget on Wednesday.
