Yeah, I hate fiddling with games to get them working, especially considering my very limited game-time. If I only have 5 spare hours a week, I want to spend 4 hours and 59 minutes in-game.

@Solitude: Thing is, I haven't played either of the KOTOR games and I know they're good. I havent played the Force Unleashed games either, but don't have a yearning to.

This bundle had a big "wow" factor due to the Star Wars brand attached to it, but upon careful consideration it just isn't worth it. The Origin and WB bundles were instabuys though. Humble really need to do a stellar bundle like that, or the great Indie bundles they started off with, again.

You have to play KOTOR 1 and 2. Seriously, they're two of the best Star Wars games. KOTOR 1 is classic good and bad Star Wars, while KOTOR 2 is really different and kind of blurs the line between the light and dark side. There's an NPC in KOTOR 2 called Kreia that is just fantastically written. I replay those games once every two years (I do a rotation ) and they still hold up today. They don't look so great anymore, but graphics never bothered me anyway. Seriously, when they go on sale on GOG, pick them up

I'd say skip the Force Unleashed games *on PC. The Force Unleashed 1 is a terrible PC port, locked at 30FPS with numerous other issues, and FU2 is just bad, in almost every aspect. The only good thing I can say about that game, is that it doesn't take long to end. Thank the Pope, at least it didn't waste much of my time.

100% agree with that. Haha, I'm not alone in my opinions

I don't know, I'm not a huge star wars guy, but I loved the force unleashed 2. Own it on disk and now in my steam collection- each to his own I guess.

But, but it made 0 sense, it was like fan fiction He's a clone, no he's not, he's alive, he's dead, what's Vader doing? Flashbacks, what! Eventually, I just stopped paying attention to the story. The gameplay was rather fun, I'll give you that. It is very short though. I guess if you don't know Star Wars, then...eh there are worse games out there.

I do recommend the first one on console though, because it actually ran decently. The story is interesting, and the combat is good. The PC version is a bad port, I um...tried the grey copy. Yeah, glad I didn't pay for that.

I do feel like both games are a case of wasted potential however. They could have done so much more!

Yeah I didn't have a clue what was happening. But most of the time I just blow through the story anyway so that I can get to leveling up my character- unless it's something like Alan Wake, then I pay attention, but most games seem to have a pretty lame story anyway that just serves to move you forward.
I haven't tried the force unleashed one- my friend recommended it to me, but he was playing on xbox, so I may be in for a bad surprise. Then again my rig is so old it may run beautifully

Good bundle that. I would like Darksiders, but know I wont get around to playing it... As much as I still want to play Titam Quest, I've only put 30 minutes into it so far.

So for all of those still on the fence about the star wars bundle, they've just added three more games:

Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast
    Star Wars Starfighter
Star Wars Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II

Awesome awesome sauce - was hoping they would add the Jedi Knight games. Been having a blast with Dark Forces and JK II: Jedi Outcast is one of my all time favourite games (got the disk but it's nice to have it steam as well)

yeah I was thrilled to see that the Jedi Knight games were added. This is one of the best bundles in a long time.
