Bundles, Bundles everywhere!

Thread Killer Mk VIII
We all know about the humble bundle. They now have the Weekly bundle. There is also the indie royale bundle.

Has anyone heard of this place. http://groupees.com/bm8 The have a few things in there for a minimum of $1 to a minimum of $5.
 
At the risk of being called a noob (although I do prefer the word ignorant), what is "indie" in terms of games? Is there some sort of definition or is it just a type of genre?

They're usually games made by very small developers with relatively low budgets.

I'm also eyeing the humble bundle, but not the BTA, I only want Dear Ester and Little Inferno.

I've bought quite a few bundles from Indiegala and HumbleBundle in the past. It works quite well:)

That bundle is worth it just for Two Worlds II. Haven't even played it but I have heard really good things about it.

I don't know, maybe the game isn't that bad, but the acting and the cut scenes were just so terrible, I couldn't play it for more than an hour.

Yeah but you could say the same about Skyrim :P

Skyrim doesn't even have cutscenes.
 
Two Worlds 2 is awesome! Voice acting and story is terrible but the game more than makes up for it. The magic system is really cool and rewards experimentation, co-op os also pretty cool.
 
Wow.. these bundles are freaking tempting.
Can we make a sticky thread for inidie bundles?

The humble bundle, especially weekly, promos have gotten some big named publishers involved lately. :)
 
Nope I have imposed a moratorium on all bundles. I can't get any more till I finish the ones I have. Unless they bring out another MUST have one (which have been most of them so far). I also grabbed a few of the android bundles, gotta love them as well.

Besides Two Worlds then, what do you guys know about the other games in that bundle?
