I'd like Stardew Valley, subnautica and the Stanley parable. Still unsure if I'll be picking this one up though.

Seems like a lot of games in the bundle are now "sold out", like Subnautica. So there goes my only incentive for getting this bundle.

As FarligOpptreden mentions, 3 of the games are no longer available (one of which you can still get as separate DRM Free download, just not a Steam Key, i.e. not really "a lot"). One of those is, sadly Subnautica. I'm going to have the other two in your list on SteamGift giveaway over the weekend, and I'm pretty sure Blazzok already has Stardew Valley and some others up over there at the moment.
Personally, I sort of agree that it's a bit kak that some of the games are no longer available, but in the case of this specific bundle I sort of understand it to some degree. The game devs are getting nothing out of this with 100% of the contributions going to the charities. And considering that almost 120,000 bundles have been sold, they've all already been pretty charitable (It's heading to R50-million raised so far. and there's still 5 days left.) I also notice that they might be adding more to it later tonight: "Keep an eye out for more content will be added to this bundle this Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Pacific time, but no guarantees".

That is all good and well but then they should ahve capped the sales at the max number that they had. They need to otherwise change the bundle since loosing those keys which are some of the biggest draws, will make more people not buy it
Think you put one too many zeros in there. It is ~$4 million so ~R50 million.
They did say limited availability on the sale page for the bundle, so it was expected I guess. I think it is fine as is, the rest of the sales people will know they aren't getting those games, so they will purchase the bundle knowing full well what they will and will not get. Can probably look at it as a early purchase bonus or something.
The publishers probably agreed to give a certain number of keys as charity, so it is understandable that they have a limited quantity.
There are still quite a few nice games in the bundle, even without Subnautica and Super Meat Boy.
The Witness, Stardew Valley, Day of the Tentacle, Invisible Inc., World of Goo, Human Resource Machine, Stanley Parable, The Swapper. Those games (if not owned already) also justify the price of the bundle for me.
Worst Humble Monthly Bundle yet!
The current one looks good, its got The Witness, I actual want to try that game sometime....might be a good deal to get it now, might get something else I like too.
