I remember someone mentioning that you just need a US addresses or ZIP code on your Amazon account, then you can use your credit card to buy from Amazon, doesn't matter where you are in the world. I've yet to test it myself, but I already own 4 of the 5 games in that Sega action pack, so I'm not going to buy it again
