Square Enix has lifted the lid off of a few of its game plans for the next generation

I hated the latest final fantasy installments after X and X-2.
But this looks like a game changer.

Going even further from my beloved turn based play-style but hot dang do want.

It looks like it's definitely a move away from traditional JRPG (ATB/Turn-based) gameplay to something far more action orientated. It actually looks similar to the new Lightning Returns type of play. I'm keen to see more!

I loved X didnt so much care for X-2 and must admit i really enjoyed XIII again XIII - 2 failed IMHO

I wanted to like XIII, gave it a fair chance but it just became mind numbing and felt like a platformer.
The character progresson, story and gameplay was very linear and to be honest I feel even DIII ad more freedom from that perspective.
