Expelled ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema has sent out an email announcing he needs money to start a new political platform, Beeld newspaper reported on Wednesday.

The email detailed 15 reasons why the African National Congress, Congress of SA Trade Unions, the SA Communist Party, and the ANC Youth League, in his opinion, could not provide the answer to South Africa's problems.
