More along the lines of Cobain's suicide in the first paragraph I find tasteless - trying to make humour out of suicide never been very tasteful to me.

I rated Kurt Cobain highly and his music was always the best.... Nirvana was Legend of Rock

Since when was Nirvana about technical expertise? Cobain was the poster child for grunge, and did a pretty good job of it. Plus he stated on more than one occasion that he wasn't a great guitarist.

In his favour though, I must admit that I've yet to see a better master of feedback and distortion.

Guitar Hero? Not so much.

Fair enough. Although he used the guitar in the only way he knew how to do some fairly monumental things to mainstream music. Like, grunge, and stuff.

Bit disappointed in the mention of Alexi Laiho though. IMHO he's all speed and not much else; kinda like a more metallic Malmsteen.
