Don't get me wrong, I love his Tee ideas. If I could afford it, I would buy it. But Stunt does raise some valid points.
True but as has been proven in previous court cases, use of a trademark on a shirt is not enough to prove infringement, instead you have to see the whole picture of how this impacts on steam and portal and can they prove dilution of the brand as well. Generally consumers are allowed freedom of expression and in this age brands are seen as a form of expression and as such people are allowed to associate themselves with a brand provided their expression does not negatively impact on the original brand.

Therefore while stunt does have a point, it is also unlikely that these shirts would ever be deemed to be an infringement on portal and steams rights in their current form.
