I found it rather boring but my brothers loved it because of the destruction.

I enjoyed it.

Its very similar to playing as Venom in Ultimate Spider-man, expect more challenging. Not too bad a game.

Negatives:
The city/game world was very samey and uninspiring.
Side missions were shallow, repetitive, glorified time trials.
Some missions where fun and awesome, but others were repetitive tasks within the mission (e.g. go to checkpoint A and destroy tanks/helicopters/water tower, go to checkpoint B and tanks/helicopters/water tower, go to checkpoint C and destroy tanks/helicopters/water tower).
It looks like Alex is wearing hoodie over a shirt with popped collar. WTF!?

On the whole the experience was somewhat enjoyable, yet shallow, and I felt unsatisfied when I finished it. I wouldn't give it a second play through.

I agree, for the most part.

The environment gets redundant, the story is shallow and it really does feel like a cheap; short thrill when you're done with it. But, surprisingly, I enjoyed it The character is fun to play with and is just awesome to watch him leave destruction in his wake.

It looses its appeal very quickly....

And it looks crappy on my 23" (the game's max resolution sucks) besides the pixelation I dident injoy it much, its still on my pc but havent touched it for a couple of weeks
