Seems to be a recurring factor in new games sadly. No internet = No playIt will require players to be constantly online regardless of whether engaging in single player or multiplayer modes. This decision has come under fire in countries such as South Africa, where cheap and reliable broadband is less readily available.
I hate that No internet = No play thing! IT SUCKS! This can be a cool game as well. Agree with Keldarza. EA is the laziest company ever!
Activision outpaced them recently and are Firmly in the lead.
If I had to choose at this current moment, I would gladly choose EA over Activision.
I saw some stuff about this on C&C den a while back. I still say it not really C&C anymore and just some crap-assed generic RTS that needs a new francise name.

I think I might give this a miss. Been a fan since the first C&C but since C&C3 it all began to go down hill look at red alert3

The whole online thing doesn't quite work for me. If the online thing is an additional monthly charge I certainly hope that they aren't going to make the game expensive. If it is, I don't think I will be interested in this title, though I am a very avid C&C fan.
