While they may have been at fault here, it seems this guy decided to scream about it from the rooftops rather than approach Naughty Dog about what was probably a simple oversight. Lots of free publicity for his blog.

That's what came to my mind: attention whore. Funny how they all come out of the woodwork now when the game is out there. First the Ellie thing, now this. I take it he'll be getting some money now, so that ought to keep him quiet for a while at least. He's not nearly as f****** furious as he was anyway.

Hey, I agree though, that taking something without getting the proper permission/licence and putting it in a commercial product is crossing the line. But like Eugene said, why not settle the matter privately like gentlemen?
