This, so much this! I nearly got killed by a drunk driver a while ago. I refuse to drink and drive, I will go out with friends happily if we have a DD. Luckily one of our friends never drink, so that is a bonus.

A massive plus one on this post. Get it right. Touch a drink and you cannot drive. If you know you're going to drink, make alternate arrangements to get home. Simple as that.

With me it's the opposite. Almost always I teetotal and drive. Quite comfortable with coke and/or coffee
