To the Durban crowd ....

I've tried everywhere else so why not here .......


Anyway, I wanna put out an urgent request to any fellow Durbanites that may travel from Pinetown area to Durbs area and back daily (or even a few times a week) and see if they have any space. My Mom's recently got shafted for a lift and she's tried the last couple weeks with no success to get a new lift.

She's almost 60 so for her to use taxis and whatnot is a big no no. She can pay up to R1000 to help with petrol so if there's anyone, anyone at all, please drop me a PM or reply here, I will see it.

When Caboose moved to Pinetown, I gave him a link to a site where people were advertising lift clubs and he was able to organise a lift through there. Will try and find the link for you as the folks seem legit.
 
Wish I was in Pinetown or knew someone who travels often, I would have gladly given her a lift to Durban from Pinetown.

You okes live in Durban? Awh crap. I was in Pinetown/umkomaas this weekend. Just lurked by myself at gateway and went diving and such.
 
hi there, look, I live in hillcrest and work in umhlanga, however I do drive through Durban in the mornings.

the issue is I leave at 6:30am and come home about 6:30 at night, the other problem is that cause I am in sales sometimes I have meetings elsewhere that I go to first or last.

having said that, you can always look at me as backup should a regular lift not be able to make it on a day, or something

My brother, who was the lift, broke his knee last night ......... so back to square one for a month at the very least. If anyone can help out short term, give us a shout please.
