Well imagine this, I hack someone's facebook account, then make horrid racist and murderous comments and then my enemy gets sent to jail and he will most likely be sent because this case will set a precedent for future cases.

Whats next, hanging the kid playing GTA because he enjoys running over people, do we arrest people for sarcastic comments on the street, will we expel the student who makes a joke on his exam script?

Facebook has IP address tracking when you login so you should be able to prove that your account got hacked.

University PC, if we go to the same school or Uni then a public PC could be used. I'm sure there is a workaround to use to your advantage, however it's more the result of what this case means to future outbursts is the problem, I'm just using that as an example of how to use the court case in future for evil.
