Worst municipalities in Gauteng named
West Rand District municipalities are the worst in Gauteng, according to a study released on Tuesday.
Residents of the Merafong, Westonaria and Randfontein municipalities were unhappy with the water supply, sanitation, waste disposal, roads and the cost of services and billing, according to the Live-ability Monitor, released by the Solidarity Research Institute (SRI).
