New South African ministers
President Jacob Zuma announced a Cabinet reshuffle in Pretoria on Tuesday.
The new ministers and deputy ministers are:

Tokyo Sexwale got sidelined for opposing Zuma. Pule got the chop she seems to deserve. Ben Martins got moved from Transport where he had been woeful, weak and inept.
Behold the wonderful shell game...we call it finding the incompetent minister. Shuffle them around enough and nobody knows the answer...
At least Pule is out. We have been reduced to appreciating what little scraps of carrion is thrown our way.
