    I have never been a fan of the death penalty, with the justice system not being 100% accurate the amount of innocent people being sent to their deaths would be far too many.

    A death penalty is only good when your justice system is just... Here is SA, it will not work again.... the ANC will just add a "clause" stating that no ANC members may get the death penalty.

    The guilty parties should be lined up in prison so that any prisoner that want anything sexual should get it from them

    Uhm, i thought that they ARE banned an that prostitution is NOT allowed in this country. Or am i missing something? Last i checked they were still fighting to get it legalized.

    It is illegal but to enforce it is near impossible in my opinion. If it is legalized then prostitutes maybe protected more?

    Yes, they can be taxed, and regulated = safer for all.

    But I think this situation is different than just prostitution.

    Yup,human trafficking. Australia for example.

    As far as I know it is more frowned upon with a wrap on the knuckles. There needs to be a stricter enforcement with the penalty etc.

    I agree but the main problem is the abuse of women and children even if it is legalized. I will look for my criminology module book if you want. So basically some will be protected but the vast majority wont be because of criminal syndicates. Pretty sad how some people are.
