Zulu-Alpha is a group founded in 2010 and our intention is to create a community hub for like-minded South African Arma players. Our intention is to play Arma using several realism mods, to simulate real world combat to a degree. Using the patrols as a basis, we've been actively creating and taking part in missions, both COOP, against the AI and against several international Arma groups from Italy, Spain and the UK.

Since 2010, the group has had a shared server hosted at a games server company. As of 2012 we're running our own server, customised and opitimised to our needs. We also have our own Teamspeak server.

At present, the community is known as Zulu-Apha, which consists of dedicated players, who have committed themselves to an extensive selection and training program which encompasses everything from small unit tactics to JTAC procedures.

We're mainly playing Arma 3 Beta but do still play Arma 2 when playing with or agains international teams.

If you're looking for something closer to milsim feel free to pop in and have a look around. Last selection phase ended tonight and will have one again soon.

ZA Operator Training - Tuesdays

P.s At the moment we are currently busy with a campaign against a Spanish group so our training and mission night is temporarily switched around.
