How to install Uncharted 3 on PS3 -- digital edition

I had my 3rd Corrupted download in a row

With 3 diffenent games:
1. Saints Row 3
2. Battlefield 3
3. Infamous 2

I deleted 1 and 2's install file Error Code is (80029564)

Any Suggestions?

people in those threads said they found ways to fix it.... not sure if it will help in your case.

UPDATE: I read through the posts and will try them and provide feedback. There are lots of solutions from port unblocking and ISP related issue but in short the bet solution is to install the game leave the corrupeted data. Delete install file and redownload and install again.

Don't know if it will work coz I did try to install a few times before deleting, creating multiple corrupted data files.

Can this perhaps be related to a bad sector on the HDD and once it hits that sector the install fails.

What I will also try is to copy 100Gig of data on to my PS3 HDD and forcing it to install to a different area on the HDD away from the so called bad sector.

A guy at my work figured out that you need all the downloads:

- multiplayer (even if you just want to play single player)
- single player
- 2d movies
- and optionally the 3d movies as well, but if you want to play the 3d movies, you must still also have the 2d movies installed

Hope this helps. Also hope you have loads of bandwidth and hdd space available
