    Makes sense; if they're too cheap to pay for a digital products, they're probably too cheap to pay for good bandwidth speeds

    Perhaps its because streaming is doable on 10Mbps, whereas 1Mbps users will need to queue up torrents to get shows.

    That is very true. I tend to stream if I can and I am on 10Mbps.
