South African doctor Cyril Karabus is demanding R2 million in damages from the Canadian company which hired him to work in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in 2002, the Cape Argus reported on Thursday.
His lawyer Michael Bagraim reportedly alleged that InterHealth Canada failed in their legal "duty of care" to Karabus.
