MWEB uncapped ADSL users get excessive usage warning

But when Mweb phones me to try sell me ADSL they tell me they are so much better than the uncapped I have with WA because I might get throttled there but Mweb is totally uncapped and I can use all I want with no worries

So does WA not have an AUP?
