I sign my own contracts, thank you very much. Parents just pay for them... . I honestly don't know how you can make that assumption - In the case of MWEB, while I was still with them, I knew exactly what I was entitled to. A premium package, uncapped and unthrottled without anybody restricting my usage. Thank goodness I left them a few months ago and moved to Afrihost, very happy there.

You choose to understand what uncapped and unthrottled means, that is not what MWEB is offering, they have clearly defined what they are offering. I agree with you that is seems contradictory in the way the product is advertised/named, but that does not take away the responsibility of a customer to fully understand what they are paying for.
No I don't. Uncapped means unlimited data, as much as I want. If they decide to throttle you because your usage is too high, then its not uncapped. How many times have I said this already...And clearly defined what they are offering? Ok then please tell me how much data I may/may not use , I seem to miss that info somewhere.

There are people who have been doing 150gb odd that have been called abusers - that's on a 4mb. There is a guy with a 1mb that got a letter for doing 32gb. That's not going after hardcore abusers, plain as day. It is indefensible. If somebody cannot see that, well.
That's what I said on p1, if your line speed to data usage ratio is out of proportion that is acceptable to them, you get throttled. They don't want a guy paying for a premium 1mbps line using more data than a few normal 4mbps guys.

Fivel go to bed, methinks you be tired and completely missing my point.
