Lol these okes. Like talking to 5 year olds. They just don't understand.

I also think that the amount of data being used isn't necessarily the problem here, it is the network being congested during peak times by people who have high broadband demand p2p downloads running 24/7.

No, they already shape the shit out of p2p traffic, yet many still suffer from slow realtime traffic. It has everything to do with amount of data they are using. If it hadn't they wouldn't send out the e-mails. The pipe is full (even with their ridiculous shaping). And yeah, rather than keep true to our packages and upgrade the network capacity, lets throttle the users who pay high price for unthrottled internet.

Head on over to where there is real discussion about this topic and you can (as I have already said) see where people doing 30gb a month are getting these emails, not just hardcore downloaders. A lot of people are being hard done by by a company that has admitted to just changing their policies without informing customers. I'm hoping someone will follow through and report them on that.

Also, someone did a sort of breakdown on how much you can use a month without downloading any movies/series ...... is that still fair then to be called an abuser and throttled? Methinks there is some talking out of arse without knowing facts.
